FROM “I SHOULD” TO A PLAN ON PAPER
Making a will involves more than listing your belongings. You need to think about who will carry out your wishes, who should receive the rest of your estate and, where relevant, who should care for your children.
The kit helps you work through those choices before completing a form. Keep the guidance open beside you, take a break when you need one, and return to your document when you are ready. You stay in control of the pace.

FROM THE ESTATEBEE FAMILY
IrishWills.ie is part of EstateBee Limited. These selected Amazon reviews are for EstateBee’s US Legal Will Kit, a separate US product. They are shared as feedback on our publisher, not as reviews of this IrishWills.ie product.
“The kit provides clear, step-by-step instructions that make the process straightforward and stress-free.”
“Covered everything I needed and is really user friendly.”
“Easy to use and thorough.”
Individual reviewer ratings are shown. These are publisher-product reviews, not ratings of this IrishWills.ie product.
CHOOSE WHAT SUITS YOU
The kit suits people who are comfortable reading guidance and completing their own documents. It is designed for the Republic of Ireland; Northern Ireland has a different legal system.
If you would prefer questions to guide you through the document, our €47.95 online will may be a better fit. Already know what you need? Compare our €12.95 will forms with the fuller kit.
A standard form cannot replace individual advice for a complex estate or family situation. Read when to speak to a solicitor, particularly if you have overseas assets, a business, disputed family arrangements or a beneficiary needing ongoing support.

Founded by solicitor Martin O’Donoghue in 2001, IrishWills.ie was Ireland’s first online will-writing business. Our service grew from will templates prepared and approved by solicitors for use in Ireland.
Today, IrishWills.ie is part of EstateBee Limited. The aim is the same: to help you understand your choices and put your wishes into words.
Meet the people behind IrishWills.ieA FEW QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
This product is the downloadable kit. Your pack contains the guide in PDF and EPUB, plus editable Word documents and printable PDFs in one ZIP file. No physical book is posted to you. A Kindle or printed edition sold through Amazon is a separate purchase.
Yes. The pack contains nine Word will templates, plus an editable worksheet, additional clauses and instructions. Use Microsoft Word or another compatible editor. The matching PDFs are print copies; they are not a substitute for the editable Word files. Software and printing are not included.
Buying or completing a template does not by itself make a valid will. The wording must suit your circumstances and the completed document must meet Irish signing and witnessing requirements. Use the included instructions and our guide to signing an Irish will; obtain advice where needed.
With the kit, you read the guidance and complete a Word document yourself. The online will asks questions and prepares a personalised PDF from your answers. The kit costs €17.95; the online will costs €47.95. Our comparison guide explains which approach may suit you.
After a completed purchase, the kit appears in My documents in your IrishWills.ie account. Save a copy of the pack securely. If you need help accessing the files, contact customer support.
No. It provides general guidance and documents for you to complete. It does not include a solicitor reviewing your completed will. Where your circumstances call for personal advice, speak to a solicitor before signing.
