What’s included

  • Your chosen Last Will and Testament form, based on templates used by solicitors in Ireland
  • An editable Word document to complete on your computer
  • A blank PDF print reference and completion and signing instructions

Choose the form that fits your plans

The nine individual forms include versions for unmarried people with or without children, and married people or registered civil partners with no children, adult children or minor children. There are also options for leaving the estate to one beneficiary or several beneficiaries where described. Read the relevant document in full before editing names, appointments and gifts.

Your chosen form and its instructions arrive together in one ZIP download. Complete the Word document on your computer, then print your completed version for signing. The separate blank PDF is a print reference and does not update when you edit the Word file. Software and printing are not included; there is no physical delivery.

Want more guidance alongside the forms?

The €17.95 Irish will kit includes all nine of these same will templates, together with the accompanying book and a planning worksheet. If you prefer answering guided questions, the €47.95 online will prepares a personalised PDF. Choose the approach that suits how you like to work.

Is it right for me?

You have considered the arrangements you want to make and prefer completing a document yourself. Read the title and instructions for each version before choosing; one template will not suit every family.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Your questions, answered

Can I edit these will forms?

Yes. Your purchase includes an editable Word (.docx) form. Open it in Microsoft Word or compatible software, save a working copy and enter your details. Check the completed document, then print that version for signing. A separate blank PDF is supplied as a print reference; it is not editable and does not update when you change the Word file. Software and printing are not included.

Are these forms suitable for Northern Ireland?

These forms are prepared for the Republic of Ireland. A will made under one jurisdiction’s rules can sometimes be recognised in another, but this does not make the forms interchangeable. If you live in Northern Ireland or have connections to both jurisdictions, speak to a solicitor about the right document for your circumstances.

Is a completed form already a valid will?

Completing a form is only part of the process. Its wording must fit your circumstances and you must follow the signing and witnessing requirements set out under Irish law. Read our signing guide and seek advice if you are unsure.

Does the price include a solicitor reviewing my will?

No. These are documents for you to complete. For a complex estate, a possible dispute or a beneficiary needing ongoing support, read when personal legal advice may be needed.
