Your purchase includes 30 days of updates to the same person’s will, starting when payment is confirmed. You can correct or change the document owner’s name during the first seven days. After that, contact support about a name correction. Previously completed versions are kept in your account. A new version must be printed, signed and witnessed correctly; editing your answers does not change a will you have already signed.

BEFORE YOU START
An online service prepares the document. You still need to print it and follow the signing and witnessing requirements set out under Irish law. Two suitable witnesses must be present together when you sign or acknowledge your signature, and each must sign in your presence. Read our Irish will signing guide before arranging the signing.
The IrishWills.ie online will costs €47.95 as a one-off payment. You can answer the questions and save your progress before paying. Purchase unlocks the completed PDF and includes 30 days of updates to the same person’s will. Name changes are available during the first seven days. Couples can purchase two completed wills together for €74.95. See how the online will compares with a will kit.
Think about your executors, beneficiaries, gifts and what should happen to the rest of your estate. If you have young children, consider guardianship and their inheritance. Our will preparation checklist helps you work through those decisions before you begin.
A standard questionnaire may not suit complex family arrangements, overseas property, a business, a disputed inheritance or a beneficiary who needs ongoing support. Read when to obtain personal legal advice if you are unsure whether this service fits your circumstances.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Work through our guided questions at your own pace. Prepare and save your document before paying the one-off €47.95 price.
PLAN TOGETHER. KEEP YOUR OWN VOICE.
Make a separate will for each of you for €74.95 together — saving €20.95 compared with two individual wills at €47.95.
Each of you answers the questions and reviews your own will. Choose corresponding wishes for mirror wills, or record the differences that matter to you. One person’s answers are never automatically copied into the other’s document.
With both people’s agreement, start two drafts in one account. Both are visible to the account holder. Prefer to keep your answers private from each other? Use separate accounts at the individual price.
The couples price applies when both completed wills are purchased together. Each person downloads and signs their own will with witnesses. Each will includes 30 days of updates, with name corrections during the first seven days.
Mirror wills remain separate wills. Neither person’s changes automatically change the other’s will. This is not an agreement that prevents either person changing their will.
