THE DETAILS

Terms of use & sale

Clear information before you order.

Prepared 14 October 2026 for the private prelaunch site. Purchases remain closed while final release checks are completed.

The business you are buying from

IrishWills.ie is operated by EstateBee Limited, trading as IrishWills.ie, a company registered in England and Wales under number 11429690. Our registered office is 33 Canonbie Road, London, SE23 3AW, United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@irishwills.ie. Our company-information page gives the business details that apply to your order.

Choose the document that fits your needs

Our online will, downloadable forms and kits are intended for use in the Republic of Ireland. The product description explains what is included and the file format you will receive. An ordinary power of attorney is not an enduring power of attorney. A healthcare directive is a separate document from a will.

The online service prepares a document from your answers. It does not include an individual review by a solicitor unless we expressly agree that service with you. Read your answers and the completed document carefully. If your circumstances need individual advice, obtain it before signing.

Your online will

You can prepare and save your answers before purchasing. Payment unlocks the completed version linked to your order. One online-will purchase is for one person. It is not a joint will or a licence to prepare another person’s will by changing the name.

You can make updates for 30 days after confirmed payment. Changes to the will-maker’s name are available during the first seven days. If you notice a name error after that, contact support. Earlier completed versions remain separate from later versions. A newly downloaded document does not automatically revoke a previously signed will: review it and follow the signing instructions.

The editing allowance does not mean that your saved document is deleted on day 30. Unpaid wills are kept for one year after the last edit; paid wills are kept for five years after the last account activity. We will give at least 30 days’ warning before scheduled deletion. Download a copy for your own records. A paid later-update service is not included unless it is expressly offered and purchased.

Downloadable forms and kit codes

Downloadable forms are supplied in the format stated on the product page. Editable Word forms can be completed in compatible word-processing software. A matching PDF is useful for checking the layout. The estate-planning worksheet is a PDF organiser. You will need a PDF reader and access to a printer for documents that must be signed on paper.

An eligible kit code provides the blank forms included with that edition. It does not unlock the paid online-will generator. Orders for downloadable forms are accessed through the account used to purchase them; those customers do not need a kit code.

Blank forms and kits are licensed for personal estate planning within your household. You may complete and print them for that purpose, but may not resell, redistribute or use them to provide a paid document service. Keep a local copy of purchased files. The product page identifies what is available and included; an unfinished or unavailable kit is not offered for purchase.

Kit codes are limited to the edition and forms stated in the kit. They are not payment vouchers and have no cash value. If a code does not work, contact support with the title and edition; do not include completed documents.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in euros. Check the products, total and account details before confirming payment. There is no automatic subscription to the online-will service. An order that has not been successfully paid does not unlock paid documents.

The checkout shows the total payable, including any applicable taxes and compulsory charges, before you place an order. Payment is processed by Stripe. A failed payment does not create paid document access. If payment appears to have succeeded but access is missing, contact support with the order number.

Cancellation and problems with a purchase

We want you to feel clear about your purchase. We provide the cancellation and refund rights required by law; we do not offer an additional change-of-mind guarantee.

Downloadable forms and kits: your statutory 14-day cancellation right ends when supply starts only if you have expressly requested immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of that right and received the required contract confirmation.

Online will: you may cancel within 14 days from the day the contract is made. If you expressly ask us to start during that period and then cancel, you may owe a reasonable amount proportionate to the service supplied up to cancellation, calculated using the agreed total price (or market value if that price is excessive), but only where the legal conditions are met. The right ends earlier only if the service has been fully supplied with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. Downloading your will does not by itself end the cancellation right for an ongoing service.

To cancel where that right applies, send a clear statement before the deadline to support@irishwills.ie or EstateBee Limited trading as IrishWills.ie, 33 Canonbie Road, London, SE23 3AW, United Kingdom. Include your name and enough information to identify the order. You do not have to give a reason or use our optional cancellation form. Any refund due will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of your cancellation notice, using your original payment method unless you agree otherwise, with no refund fee.

If something is wrong with a purchase, please contact us so we can help. Your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or unsupplied content or services remain unaffected. Please do not email a completed will, medical information or payment-card details.

Signing and keeping your documents

Preparing or paying for a will online does not make it legally effective. Follow the execution instructions supplied with the approved document. Keep the signed original safely and make sure the appropriate people know where it can be found. The online account is not a substitute for safeguarding a signed original.

Your account and information

Keep your login details private. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. Our privacy and cookie notices explain how information is handled and how optional measurement can be controlled. These terms do not restrict any rights that consumer law gives you.
