Solicitor Martin O’Donoghue founded IrishWills.ie in 2001 with a clear aim: to make preparing a will more accessible to people in Ireland. As Ireland’s first online will-writing business, we brought the process into people’s homes, with practical guidance they could work through at their own pace.
Our service was built on will templates prepared and approved by solicitors for use in Ireland. That foundation remains central to our approach: clear language, thoughtful questions and straightforward instructions for completing, signing and storing your will.
